MY PHOTOGRAPHY PORTFOLIO
To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.

FASCINATING LANDSCAPES
I have always been fascinated by the endless play of shapes and structures, light and colors. For me, landscapes also have something relaxing, close to the pulse of nature. I like this category but also because of the exciting mix of nature, solitude, creativity and technology.
The camera makes you forget you’re there. It’s not like you are hiding but you forget, you are just looking so much.

URBAN DISCOVERIES
My view of “Urban”: anything goes. Streets, buildings, city panoramas, skyscrapers, architecture, sculptures, lines, light & shadow. This category is versatile, inspiring and difficult at the same time. When am I going out as a tourist and when as a photographer?
Which of my photographs is my favorite? The one I’m going to take tomorrow.

BEAUTIFUL NATURE
Outside there is fascinating nature, lovely animals and beautiful plants. What I love about nature photography is all the diversity. But taking good pictures is demanding and often takes more time than expected: wind, rain, poor light, inaccessibility or a lot of people around you can make it quite challenging.
When words become unclear, I shall focus with photographs. When images become inadequate, I shall be content with silence.

BLACK & WHITE
Black and white photography is always something special to me. By doing without color, the focus is much more on the scene, on the play of light and shadow, on geometry and shapes, on perspective. So easy, so difficult.
